Description

Lead IT infrastructure service delivery for global clients, managing engineering teams and large-scale US-based programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of cloud, datacenter, network, and security services, including migration and optimization.
• Lead customer relationships, contract management, and P&L oversight for major engagements.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure delivery meets time, budget, and client specifications.
• Oversee end-user device management and security services such as vulnerability management and incident response.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery, preferably in a managed services environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud, networking, and security technologies.
• Proven experience managing and leading both onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong background in project management, ensuring delivery within budget and on schedule.
• Experience with contract and SLA management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in managing end-user device environments and network design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the ITIL framework.
