Description

You will manage and implement specialized branch and office infrastructure within a banking operational environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain branch infrastructure, including video walls, smart projectors, and media players.
• Manage specialized hardware such as Holo Lens, robotics, kiosks, and access control systems.
• Implement fingerprint and biometric access technologies.
• Apply ITIL Service Management processes, specifically focusing on Change and Release management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience setting up branch infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience working in a banking operational environment or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience with ITIL Service Management processes (Change and Release).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Hands-on experience with branch hardware: video walls, smart projectors, and kiosks.
• Experience with access control and biometric systems.

• Any Graduate degree.
