IT Infrastructure Specialist

You will manage IT infrastructure architecture and operations within office and factory environments during carveout and TSA transitions.

Responsibilities

• Review and support technical decisions regarding local infrastructure setup.
• Coordinate infrastructure activities with local IT teams and third-party service providers to prepare for carveouts and TSA.
• Manage infrastructure operations throughout the Transition Support Agreement (TSA) phase.
• Act as a proxy for M&A projects and serve as an escalation point for local business towards outsourcing partners.
• Integrate M&A projects into TSA services and ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on understanding of routers, switches, and access points (APs).
• Knowledge of physical cabling and office/factory network layouts.
• Experience managing TSA services and transition activities.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience coordinating with third-party service providers.
• Ability to support M&A project integration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
