You will deliver and maintain technology solutions across global enterprise infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-end IT support for laptops, tablets, mobility, printing, AV, and emerging technologies like AR/VR.
• Deliver back-end infrastructure support across data/voice networks, servers, storage, and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in office, field, and manufacturing environments.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including procurement, staging, installation, and asset lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions while adhering to corporate IT standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, and telecommunications systems.
• Hands-on expertise in TCP/IP networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern IT practices.
• Familiarity with next-generation networking like SD-WAN and Zero Trust.
• Understanding of power, cooling, and backup systems in IT environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NetApp, Dell EMC, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
• Familiarity with Wireless and radio technologies (Motorola, Aviat).
