Description

You will manage, scale, and secure storage infrastructure to ensure high availability and data integrity across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, and manage SAN, NAS, and object storage solutions.
• Design scalable storage architectures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor environments to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement security measures and compliance policies to protect stored data.
• Develop backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical data.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in storage management.
• In-depth knowledge of SAN, NAS, and object storage.
• Proficiency with storage protocols including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS.
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Proven experience leading storage teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex storage issues.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation of configurations and policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud storage solutions such as AWS S3 or Azure Blob Storage.
• Experience in the banking industry.
• Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., EMC, NetApp) or CompTIA Storage+.
