Description

Manage global network infrastructure operations, providing Level 2 support and ensuring system availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, availability, and overall health of network infrastructure systems.
• Resolve incidents, configurations, alerts, and service requests for global IT services.
• Provide Level 2 support for Bosch infrastructure services, focusing on the Global Backbone.
• Optimize operational processes and update documentation with detailed resolution steps.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams and vendors while collaborating on improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Network Monitoring and Infrastructure Support.
• Proficiency in Network Operations and Incident Management.
• Experience with Global Backbone services and network solutions.
• Ability to work in shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Network Analyst, or equivalent qualification.
