Description

Provide on-site IT support for manufacturing plant operations, serving as the primary technical contact for production floor issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, determining appropriate escalation paths to electricians, controls engineers, or IT specialists.
• Analyze short-term and long-term network capacity requirements to support current and future operational needs.
• Assist in designing network architecture and perform technical analysis on hardware, software, and LAN/WAN communications.
• Support IT migrations, hardware rollouts, life-cycle management, and special departmental projects.
• Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards and protocols.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of general IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issue resolution.
• General knowledge of computer networks and LAN/WAN communications.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and computer maintenance.
• Ability to work on-site during a 12-hour shift rotation.
• Strong customer service skills to build positive working relationships.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Zebra handheld scanners and Zebra printers.
• Ability to work autonomously.
