Description

Lead IT infrastructure transitions and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide tool implementations. You will own project planning through execution, ensuring alignment with technical goals and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure transition projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate with external vendors to align technical implementations with project goals.
• Develop and execute transition plans and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, resources, and ensure compliance with governance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and transition management.
• Direct experience in project management and successful project delivery.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Practical knowledge of governance standards and risk management.
• Ability to resolve technical and operational challenges during transitions.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
