You will lead the establishment and operation of IT functions for a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead GCC setup from scratch, ensuring scalable IT structures.
• Support DTI ramp-up plans with the IT Head and stakeholders.
• Establish program governance frameworks and maintain performance dashboards.
• Oversee daily IT operations, KPIs, SLAs, and project delivery with financial oversight.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams while managing vendors.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in IT leadership.
• Proven track record setting up and scaling GCCs from inception.
• Strong project and program management expertise in large-scale IT environments.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, SLAs, and financial governance.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern IT infrastructure.
• Leadership in IT Applications and Product Engineering delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with vendor management and contract governance.
