Description

Lead the IT team and manage technical delivery for enterprise applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and train IT consultants and staff members.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, verifying coding practices and product quality.
• Develop and implement best practices for maintainable enterprise applications.
• Coordinate and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the team.
• Mentor staff to high levels of competency and monitor performance against schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT management, technical lead, or project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience developing applications using C#.net.
• Proficiency with Web API and REST API development.
• Working knowledge of JSON, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Experience with XML, HTML5, and Angular JS.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supervising or leading a support team.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or MS Visual Studio Team (TFS) server.
