You will lead engineering teams to design and implement application and cloud solutions that improve operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering teams by setting expectations, coaching staff, and enforcing productivity standards.
• Drive cloud solution strategy by aligning technical goals with marketing, finance, operations, and sales teams.
• Oversee application and database design, ensuring adherence to best practices for high-scale web and mobile applications.
• Manage departmental budgets through forecasting, expenditure scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Implement disaster recovery, backup procedures, and information security control structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT management or application development.
• Experience managing middleware, applications, interfaces, and security technologies.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns for large-scale web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in version control, testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to conduct systems analysis and implement new development procedures.
• Experience in financial forecasting and annual budget management.
• Strong background in information security and disaster recovery planning.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, or Information Technology.
