Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, including network, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud services, and support functions across locations.
• Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of IT systems, internet connectivity, and enterprise services.
• Manage and maintain network architecture, data centres, firewalls, backup systems, disaster recovery, and cloud integrations.
• Oversee IT helpdesk operations and user support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards, and risk mitigation protocols.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware and software.
• Drive infrastructure improvement projects and digital transformation initiatives including Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Provide infrastructure support for SAP S/4HANA including hosting, managed services coordination, configuration, upgrades, and security.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on infrastructure performance, incidents, and project progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technology deployments and process enhancements.
• Maintain system logs, conduct periodic reviews, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure data centre uptime targets exceed 99% availability.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in System Administration and enterprise IT infrastructure management.
• Expertise in Network Management including network architecture, connectivity, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing data centres, backup systems, disaster recovery, and infrastructure availability.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices, risk mitigation, and compliance standards.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA in infrastructure and hosting environments.
• Ability to manage IT service desk operations and end-user support functions.
• Experience handling IT infrastructure projects, digital transformation initiatives, and technology upgrades.
• Strong capability in vendor management, procurement processes, and IT budget planning.
• Ability to monitor infrastructure performance, uptime, and service reliability.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
