Description

You will lead the IT infrastructure team and manage network, server, storage, and cloud operations across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure high availability (99%+ uptime), performance, and security of IT systems and enterprise services.
• Manage data centre operations, network architecture, firewalls, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Provide infrastructure support for SAP S/4HANA, including hosting, upgrades, and security.
• Oversee IT helpdesk operations, vendor management, and IT budget planning.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in System Administration and enterprise IT infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in Network Management, including architecture and performance monitoring.
• Experience with server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record in managing data centres, backup systems, and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, risk mitigation, and compliance standards.
• Experience supporting ERP platforms, specifically SAP S/4HANA in infrastructure contexts.
• Ability to manage IT service desk operations and end-user support functions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Background in preparing infrastructure performance reports and dashboards.
