Requirements

5 or more years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure administration, and team leadership.

Proficiency in AWS architecture, secure configuration, multi-account concepts, and cloud operations.

Experience with managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization platforms.

Experience in executing automation workflows utilizing PowerShell, Python, API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with disaster recovery, incident response, network firewalls, and banking compliance standards

Experience in guiding technology migrations from on-premise infrastructure to modern cloud services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver operational updates to executive management.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor IT staff across helpdesk, infrastructure, automation, and information security functions

Provide hands-on administration for servers, networks, endpoints, VPNs, SaaS platforms, and core banking applications

Manage and operationalize comprehensive AWS environments encompassing EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, and Lambda

Develop automation scripts to streamline manual technical efforts and enforce infrastructure-as-code practices

Monitor enterprise system health and escalate critical incidents utilizing structured incident management workflows

Direct major IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology refreshes

Support regulatory audits, security exams, and vendor management, specifically with Jack Henry and Associates
