You will lead technology initiatives, oversee IT infrastructure, and drive digital transformation projects across multiple locations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and AI implementation projects to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Oversee network connectivity, IT infrastructure, and system performance to ensure high availability.
• Drive ISO 27001 certification and enforce IT security policies to protect company data.
• Manage external IT vendors for infrastructure, service delivery, and procurement.
• Support IT operations across corporate offices, restaurants, and resort locations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in automation and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, IT security, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with ISO 27001 certification and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in strategic IT planning, execution, and project management.
• Expertise in vendor management and IT service delivery.
• Ability to manage cybersecurity risks and enhance security posture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI implementation.
• Background in the travel, hospitality, or retail industry.
