Description

You will lead IT development projects and manage the end-to-end delivery of business applications and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects to improve business and process efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver projects involving POS, ERP, sales systems, mobile apps, and system integrations.
• Manage IT infrastructure and security for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Direct the IT team by setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and managing performance.
• Oversee IT audits, SOX compliance, and local or global policy adherence.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience leading IT development projects and managing IT applications.
• Hands-on experience with POS, .NET, databases, and ERP systems.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, and application management.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on documentation, timelines, and cost control.
• Experience managing mobile apps and consumer-facing technologies.
• Knowledge of RPA, IoT, Data Analytics, and Cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech in Information Technology, MBA, or PG Diploma in Information Technology.
