Description

You will lead IT operations and engineering teams across DevOps, CloudOps, and IT Support functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, setting team goals, conducting performance reviews, and defining career growth paths.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of AWS, Azure, and GCP environments to ensure reliability and operational readiness.
• Manage DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and infrastructure-as-code implementation.
• Establish standards for monitoring, alerting, patching, vulnerability remediation, and backup procedures.
• Direct IT service delivery, including service desk operations, SLA management, and device lifecycle management.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive automation to improve system performance.
• Act as the primary IT execution lead for the India GCC, collaborating with US-based leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery management.
• Proven experience managing DevOps, CloudOps, and IT Support teams in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.
• Expertise in ITIL-aligned processes including incident, change, and problem management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in global or matrixed environments.
• Ability to lead incident response and communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant cloud certifications.
• IT service management certifications.
