Description

Lead a global IT team to support company scaling and product evolution while managing technical infrastructure and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed team of IT professionals across different geographies.
• Own IT performance metrics including uptime and time-to-resolution, reporting results to executive leadership.
• Manage IT projects, such as office build-outs, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Drive company efficiency by implementing IT solutions, processes, automation, and best practices.
• Partner with security and privacy teams to ensure systems meet industry compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT technical experience.
• 4+ years in an IT leadership role actively managing a team.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Mac OS and iOS mobile platforms.
• Expertise in Google Workspace administration and support (Gmail, Calendar, Groups, Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Experience supporting video conferencing and presentation technology, such as Zoom or Teams.
• Strong ability to manage IT projects and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven decision-making and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to use internal products daily to develop use-cases and provide feedback to the product development team.
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) using data-driven decision making.
