Description

You will manage the organization's IT infrastructure, security, and technical operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, firewalls, and storage solutions.
• Manage network security including Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, VPN, SSL, and SD-WAN.
• Own asset management, procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships.
• Implement data backup strategies using NAS and cloud servers for disaster recovery.
• Control IT budgets, financial tracking for repairs, and monthly billing oversight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems management.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, CentOS, and RedHat operating systems.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and DHCP.
• Experience configuring Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches.
• Technical knowledge of SSL, VPN, and site-to-site VPN configurations.
• Experience managing NAS storage (e.g., Synology) and cloud-based website data.
• Ability to manage ticket systems and provide high-level technical support.
• Familiarity with Tally server and integrating biometric data with HRM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing email services across Office 365, Exchange Online, and iRedMail.
• Maintain endpoint security, CCTV, and Bosch biometric systems.
