Lead network operations and manage technical resources to ensure the stability and performance of mission-critical services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage network maintenance operations and provide oversight to mid-level technical resources.
• Maintain and support LAN/WAN (SD-WAN) architecture, hardware, software, and applications.
• Lead the development of IT Network Services to support enterprise growth and business strategies.
• Execute network design, security analysis, and implementation while coordinating technical standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for network services incidents, changes, and requests.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT or network management.
• Proven expertise in supporting LAN/WAN and SD-WAN architectures.
• Strong network management and maintenance capabilities.
• Experience in program management and coordinating technical projects.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and product lifecycle roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
