Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT service operations and infrastructure stability.
• Administer systems and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software applications.
• Resolve technical issues using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Network Administration.
• Proficiency in IT Service Operation workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Strong desktop and application troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
