Description

Manage IT server operations for the Hyderabad site and support operations from Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident and problem management for the server domain to ensure SLAs are met.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and DC configurations.
• Manage storage systems, backup solutions, and VMware virtual environments.
• Maintain ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 documentation and act as SPOC for audits.
• Handle budgeting, monthly accruals, and vendor performance reviews.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years of total IT infrastructure experience.
• 3-4 years of experience in BPO/ITES environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization.
• Experience with Dell EMC NAS and SAN storage systems.
• Proficiency with backup solutions such as Rubrik.
• Knowledge of server hardware and RAID configuration.
• Experience with SQL Database clustering.
• Understanding of MS Exchange-based messaging architecture.
• MCSE and ITIL framework knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Blackberry/smart device configurations.
