Description

You will serve as a hands-on technical expert and advisor, managing network infrastructure and providing direct user support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, configuration, and replacement of desktop PCs, laptops, routers, switches, and peripherals.
• Configure workstations, docking stations, printers, VoIP/VoSIP telephones, Audio/Video controls, and external CAC readers.
• Provide Tier I and II troubleshooting for hardware, software, and production or development systems.
• Support operating systems and services including Windows, network security, servers, Webmail, Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, OWA, and SharePoint.
• Research, resolve, and document end-user inquiries while contributing to ongoing infrastructure and software development projects.
• Maintain compliance with NIST 800 cybersecurity requirements, system monitoring, and document retention.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing networks.
• Hands-on expertise with LAN/WAN, Access Points, and VoIP.
• Proficiency in Windows, Windows Server, and network security.
• Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, OWA, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to manage the transition from on-premises systems to the Cloud.
• Technical knowledge of routers, switches, and server maintenance.
• Ability to manage Tier 1 immediate resolutions alongside Tier 2 and 3 project responsibilities.
• Degree in any field (Associate, Bachelors, or Masters).
