Description

You will manage network infrastructure and provide direct technical support for hardware, software, and production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, routers, switches, and peripherals.
• Configure workstations, docking stations, printers, VoIP telephones, A/V controls, and CAC readers.
• Provide Tier I and II troubleshooting for hardware, software, and development systems.
• Support Windows, network security, servers, Webmail, Office 365, Outlook, OWA, and SharePoint.
• Maintain compliance with NIST 800 cybersecurity requirements and document retention policies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing networks.
• Hands-on expertise with LAN/WAN, Access Points, and VoIP.
• Proficiency in Windows, Windows Server, and network security.
• Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, OWA, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to manage transitions from on-premises systems to the Cloud.
• Technical knowledge of routers, switches, and server maintenance.
• Ability to manage Tier 1 immediate resolutions alongside Tier 2 and 3 project responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to ongoing infrastructure and software development projects.
• System monitoring and research capabilities for end-user inquiries.
