Description

You configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Arista network devices while maintaining network monitoring and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco IOS and Arista EOS devices, including routing, VLANs, and interface setups.
• Update and maintain SolarWinds for network monitoring and ensure ServiceNow CMDB accuracy.
• Assist in network deployments and upgrades, documenting configurations and maintaining network diagrams.
• Resolve complex routing and switching issues with attention to detail.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and Arista EOS.
• Strong practical knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Experience maintaining ServiceNow CMDB and SolarWinds.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Python and Ansible.
• Knowledge of network security principles.
