Description

You configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco and Arista platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco IOS and Arista EOS devices, managing routing, VLANs, and interface setups.
• Maintain network monitoring via SolarWinds and ensure accuracy within the ServiceNow CMDB.
• Execute network deployments and upgrades while documenting configurations and updating network diagrams.
• Resolve complex routing and switching issues with a focus on detailed root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and Arista EOS.
• Strong practical knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching protocols.
• Experience maintaining ServiceNow CMDB and SolarWinds monitoring tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification or equivalent.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Python and Ansible.
