Description

You will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot networking hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and patch networking hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance using Solarwinds and Dynatrace to generate statistical reports.
• Resolve incoming incidents and requests within agreed SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network problems remotely for end users.
• Manage network assets, inventory, system backups, and recovery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco DNAC and ISE.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco network operating systems, protocols, and standards.
• Experience operating network component analyzers, scanners, and testers.
• Practical network troubleshooting experience.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and SLA terms.
• Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Palo Alto security equipment.
• Experience with Aruba wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with Zscaler VPN.
