Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's core IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer AWS cloud services, including IAM, EC2, S3, and monitoring.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, covering Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint permissions.
• Manage Active Directory in a hybrid on-premise and cloud environment.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware like switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Provide tiered support for help desk issues related to servers, networking, and cloud services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems or network engineering/administration.
• 2+ years of direct experience with AWS cloud administration.
• 2+ years experience providing helpdesk troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of systems and network fundamentals (hardware, software, firewalls, VPNs, switches).
• Proficiency in endpoint management for Windows laptops and desktops, including patching.
• Understanding of IT security basics (MFA, antivirus, patching).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
