Description

You will manage IT network infrastructure projects, covering servers, storage, and data center operations alongside facility management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans merging customer requirements with company goals across all phases.
• Identify project dependencies and critical paths to allocate resources effectively within scope, time, and budget.
• Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain clarity on requirements and progress.
• Manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Track project performance against goals, delivering progress reports, proposals, and presentations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT network infrastructure, including servers, storage, and data center operations.
• Understanding of facility management projects and operations.
• Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and dependency management.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills to coach and motivate team members toward accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make critical decisions under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams through implementation phases.
