Description

You will lead network operations and security, managing approximately eight offshore resources and overseeing L2 services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of firewalls, routers, switches, circuits, and VPN gateways.
• Lead the network team during P1/P2 bridges and contribute to critical incident response.
• Coordinate technical requirements and workflows with platform, database, and application teams.
• Develop and execute a continuous improvement plan for the network operations team.
• Manage offshore resources and maintain working relationships with other IT tower leads.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in enterprise network operations.
• Deep understanding of IT network architecture and operations.
• Proven expertise in network engineering.
• Proficiency in Change Management processes.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting L2 services.
• Ability to monitor, support, and troubleshoot complex network issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Management.
• Background in Incident Response and Issue management.
