Description

Lead enterprise network operations and security, managing offshore resources and overseeing L2 services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of firewalls, routers, switches, circuits, and VPN gateways.
• Lead the network team during P1/P2 bridges and drive critical incident response.
• Coordinate technical requirements and workflows with platform, database, and application teams.
• Develop and execute a continuous improvement plan for the network operations team.
• Maintain working relationships with other IT tower leads while managing offshore resources.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in enterprise network operations and deep understanding of network architecture.
• Proven expertise in network engineering, including troubleshooting complex issues.
• Proficiency in Change Management processes.
• Experience managing and supporting L2 services.
• Ability to monitor, support, and resolve complex network issues.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Management.
• Background in Incident Response and Issue management.
