Description

You will manage and optimize network security infrastructure and architecture across on-premise and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize firewall infrastructure, including Smart Grid, AMS, and remote access solutions.
• Manage network segmentation, zones, PGP encryption, URL content filtering, and Firewall DLP environments.
• Develop network security standards, architecture designs, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Security and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Advise departments on security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network, OS, and application security.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Proficiency with VPN technologies, URL filters, and PGP.
• Strong technical skills in security software, appliances, and operating systems.
• Ability to lead technical projects and interface with vendors.
• Experience working within SOX, HIPAA, and NERC regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification.
• Additional Network or Security certifications.
