Description

You will manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, virtualization, and networking environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Administer and maintain Linux-based servers, performing monitoring, patching, and user management.
• Maintain VMware vSphere environments, managing ESXi hosts, vCenter, datastores, and storage recovery.
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced networking features like SR-IOV, OVSS, and VLANs in VMware and Cisco contexts.
• Perform basic administration and monitoring of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases, ensuring availability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise in Windows Server administration: Active Directory, GPO, and RDP.
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Extensive experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), datasstore management, and snapshots.
• Practical experience configuring and managing Ceph storage solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking concepts: SR-IOV, OVS, and VLANs in Cisco/VMware.
• Experience with database administration (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent complex technical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CCNP or related networking certifications.
