Description

You will provide on-site network support and technical coordination for IT operations in Cluj-Napoca.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage network components, including firmware upgrades for switches and routers.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, access VLAN tagging, and port channels.
• Resolve internet connectivity issues by coordinating with ISPs regarding latency and packet drops.
• Own end-to-end network changes and provide local WiFi troubleshooting for end users.
• Coordinate local IT support, equipment procurement, vendor management, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in networking.
• Hands-on experience with switch and router configuration and firmware upgrades.
• Practical knowledge of VLAN creation, deletion, and access VLAN tagging.
• Experience with port channel configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage basic firewall rules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to act as a local on-site technical coordinator.
