Description

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Server/Systems Administrator maintaining scalable IT systems
• Strong expertise in:
  • Endpoint management
  • Group Policy configuration
  • Software deployment/pushouts
  • Windows Update management
• 3+ years supporting escalated help desk issues involving network, server, and endpoint environments
• 5+ years troubleshooting complex enterprise IT issues
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications
• Project management or technical leadership experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems and server infrastructure
• Resolve escalated network, server, and endpoint issues
• Implement Group Policies and enterprise software deployments
• Manage Windows updates and endpoint configurations
• Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to improve system reliability and performance
• Document processes and support technical reviews
