Description

Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems, server infrastructure, and network environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise IT systems and server infrastructure.
• Resolve escalated network, server, and endpoint issues involving complex enterprise IT problems.
• Implement Group Policies and manage enterprise software deployments and pushouts.
• Manage Windows updates and endpoint configurations across scalable systems.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teams to improve system reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Server/Systems Administrator.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management and Group Policy configuration.
• Proven experience in software deployment/pushouts and Windows Update management.
• 3+ years supporting escalated help desk issues involving network, server, and endpoint environments.
• 5+ years troubleshooting complex enterprise IT issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certifications.
• Project management or technical leadership experience.
