Description

You will manage the administration, installation, and maintenance of enterprise computer hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity under limited supervision.
• Troubleshoot connection issues between endpoint devices and distribution switches.
• Monitor for cyber threats including viruses, ransomware, worms, and other malware.
• Update Active Directory information, perform password resets, and manage system configurations via SCCM.
• Manage hardware inventory and process maintenance requests for systems across multiple regions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise desktop support and customer service.
• Proficiency in Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11 Enterprise.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019 and Microsoft 365 (M365).
• Hands-on administration of Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Windows Security.
• Ability to troubleshoot desktop, printer, network, and MDM iPhone issues.
• Experience managing users and systems in Active Directory and SCCM.
• Knowledge of VoIP, virtual environments, databases, and storage.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to perform both remote and onsite technical work at different sites.
• Strong communication skills for phone, email, and in-person support.
• Experience providing technical documentation, user training, and recorded knowledge transfer sessions.
