You will manage and maintain the company's hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware, software, and workstations according to corporate standards.
  • Manage servers, networks, mobile devices, and computer systems to ensure uptime.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues or outages.
  • Maintain security through access controls, firewalls, backups, and user education.
  • Upgrade systems, manage vendors, and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Support or a similar role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Proficiency with VMware, QNAP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience managing Meraki networks (LAN, WAN, SAN), VPN, and Proxy.
  • Knowledge of SAP, POS systems, Cloud environments, and Proofpoint.
  • Technical expertise in MFA, patch management, and mobile device management.
  • Competency with printers, AV systems, and data backup/recovery protocols.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and work non-standard hours when requested.
  • High Certificate in Information Technology or a related discipline; professional IT certification preferred.
