Description

You will manage daily operational tasks and technical support within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, operating systems, applications, and processes to assist with remediation steps.
• Review software patches and scan/audit findings to determine applicability and assist with remediation.
• Assist with incident management, support requests, and researching production process anomalies.
• Work with support teams to define root causes, replicate issues, and verify environment stability.
• Prepare system reports and perform actions based on business and operational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational or analytical processes.
• Experience monitoring systems and assisting with technical remediation.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and meet contractual Service Level Agreements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to work with teams on root cause analysis.
• Effective information exchange and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competency in managing individual workloads and daily operational tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent vocational training and certifications.
