Description

You will manage daily operational tasks and technical support to maintain system stability and meet service level agreements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, operating systems, and applications to identify and remediate issues.
• Review software patches and scan findings to determine applicability and assist with remediation.
• Support incident management by researching production anomalies and verifying environment stability.
• Collaborate with support teams to define root causes and replicate issues.
• Prepare system reports and execute actions based on business and operational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational or analytical processes.
• Proven experience monitoring systems and assisting with technical remediation.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and meet contractual Service Level Agreements.
• Strong problem-solving skills for root cause analysis.
• Effective information exchange and interpersonal communication skills.
• Competency in managing individual workloads and daily operational tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Relevant industry certifications.
