Description

The IT Operations Analyst role is an integral part of the Operations Team, with a specific  focus on supporting manufacturing solutions within the factory area. Working closely with Service Managers and support teams within the organization, the main objective is to ensure the proper maintenance of manufacturing solutions and to uphold compliance with ITPF and security standards. This entails troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and implementing measures to optimize the performance and security of manufacturing systems.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Service Managers and support teams to maintain manufacturing solutions and ensure compliance with ITPF and security standards;
• Provide advanced support for manufacturing systems, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to team members as needed;
• Collaborate with global teams and supporting manufacturing processes;
   
• Working closely with L2 and SMEs to maintain the service properly;
• Prepare high quality documentation and procedures related to the IT processes;
   
• Be part of the escalation team and participate in major issues;
• Monitor performance and availability of IT services;
   
• Prepare reports about service performance and its SLAs.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in IT operations or a related field;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases;
• Experience with ITSM tool like Service-Now and/or Jira;
• Strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities; 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage crisis situations and navigate through challenging scenarios;
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as LESMES is preferred;
• Optional: Understanding of ITIL practices especially incident and change management;
• Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous
