Description

You will manage daily operational tasks and system monitoring to ensure environment stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, operating systems, applications, and processes to assist with remediation steps.
• Review software patches to determine applicability across environments.
• Analyze scan and audit findings to support remediation activities.
• Research anomalies in production processes and prepare system reports.
• Collaborate with support teams to replicate issues and verify environment stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or related technical roles.
• Experience monitoring servers, operating systems, and applications.
• Knowledge of software patch review and deployment processes.
• Ability to work within defined contractual Service Level Agreements.
• Proficiency in following standardized technical procedures and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills for researching production anomalies.
• Assist with incident management, support requests, and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
