Description

You will provide L2 production support and maintenance within an onshore-offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, recover, and fix production issues through deep-dive technical investigation.
• Manage release/deployment, operational readiness, and production governance tasks.
• Identify root causes for complex technical problems to ensure system stability.
• Coordinate with technical resources, business leadership, and third-party vendors via email and in-person.
• Execute day-to-day support activities and maintain high standards of customer service.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in production support or maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Expertise in PL/SQL and SQL Developer or Toad.
• Experience with Informatica 10.4 (Power Center).
• Hands-on use of Putty, Rally, and Control-M scheduling.
• Experience with Teradata SQL Assistant and Teradata Viewpoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
