Description

You will own enterprise environment monitoring and tool onboarding for Project MRA Remediation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise environment tools to ensure system health and stability.
• Interact with internal customers to collect critical data for tool onboarding.
• Write templates and scripts to support routine operational tasks and automation.
• Monitor server logs and report progress directly to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or a related technical role.
• Microsoft Windows Server (2016) administration.
• Linux Red Hat Server management.
• ServiceNow Change Control processes.
• Basic server administration and troubleshooting.
• Availability to work 9-5 EST, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Pittsburgh, PA (3 days in office).

Preferred Skills

• Python scripting.
• Log monitoring and experience using Jira.
• NetApp storage experience.
