Description

You will manage the maintenance, design, and implementation of support infrastructure for application solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change management processes and SLAs.
• Analyze incident trends to recommend and implement process improvements within NOC/SOC environments.
• Provide Level 1 application support for client/server systems and resolve routine hardware issues.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily application and system maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors and project teams to ensure technology solutions meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of networking and systems architectural concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, database design, and data mining.
• Experience with statistical packages such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS for large dataset analysis.
• Ability to write technical specifications and manage infrastructure platforms.
• Experience managing service provider SLAs and process improvements.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Word and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
