Description

You will support batch operations and system health monitoring within a 24x7 service operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage batch job execution using the Control-M job scheduler.
• Handle and resolve incidents through the Remedy ITSM platform.
• Conduct routine system health checks across Windows, Unix, AS400, and Mainframe platforms.
• Escalate job failures or system malfunctions to relevant support teams.
• Maintain operational logs, documentation, and compliance requirements during shift rotations.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in batch job monitoring and incident handling.
• Hands-on operational experience with Control-M job scheduling.
• Proficiency with Remedy or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Unix, AS400, and Mainframe environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 shift-based rotation.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to batch processing in banking or financial environments.
• Understanding of ITIL framework, specifically Incident and Problem Management.
• Experience in mission-critical 24x7 operational environments.
