You will manage IT Distribution Center Analysts and coordinate technical support activities across all distribution centers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day work of DC IT Analysts to ensure consistent support across all locations.
- Oversee network administration, including hardware configuration for PCs, servers, RF devices, switches, and printers.
- Standardize IT procedures and develop functional documentation to ensure process consistency between centers.
- Coordinate with IT Logistics to manage DC applications such as WMS.
- Act as a liaison between distribution centers and other IT departments, including Tier I Support.
- Provide hands-on coverage for DC IT Analysts during absences to maintain operational continuity.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or related technical management roles.
- Proficiency in systems administration, including PC, server, and network maintenance.
- Strong process management skills to develop and standardize technical workflows.
- Proven vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of logistics and distribution center systems.
- Competency in MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of project management, project lifecycle models, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in user-friendly language.
