Description

You will manage IT Distribution Center Analysts and coordinate technical support activities across all distribution centers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the day-to-day work of DC IT Analysts to ensure consistent support across all locations.
  • Oversee network administration, including hardware configuration for PCs, servers, RF devices, switches, and printers.
  • Standardize IT procedures and develop functional documentation to ensure process consistency between centers.
  • Coordinate with IT Logistics to manage DC applications such as WMS.
  • Act as a liaison between distribution centers and other IT departments, including Tier I Support.
  • Provide hands-on coverage for DC IT Analysts during absences to maintain operational continuity.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or related technical management roles.
  • Proficiency in systems administration, including PC, server, and network maintenance.
  • Strong process management skills to develop and standardize technical workflows.
  • Proven vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics and distribution center systems.
  • Competency in MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of project management, project lifecycle models, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in user-friendly language.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing distributed teams across different time zones.
