Description

You will direct and coordinate IT operations to improve organizational performance, productivity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proper functioning of the CRM application, billing system, and website.
• Act as the single point of contact for process-related issues and system changes.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage enhancements and bug fixes for the billing system, CRM, and website.
• Monitor SLA management to ensure continuous value delivery to stakeholders and customers.
• Optimize the utilization of IT operations resources, including people, systems, and knowledge, to ensure cost-efficient delivery.

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of working experience in the IT domain.
• 4-5 years of related experience in IT operations or management.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL operations, including writing queries and functions using MySQL or MSSQL.
• Experience managing CRM applications and billing systems.
• Proficiency in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E.) or equivalent technical qualification.
