You will lead IT operations while managing security posture and infrastructure health.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure and helpdesk service delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for leadership during incidents.
- Implement baseline security controls on all end-user devices.
- Manage endpoint protection, DLP, patching, and asset compliance.
- Drive IT compliance initiatives, audits, and security metrics, aligning policies with ISO 27001, SOC2, and CIS/NIST frameworks.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Global IT Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and MS Teams.
- Expertise in IT asset management, endpoint security, and compliance reporting.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Experience supporting audits and managing compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, and CIS frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ITIL or IT service frameworks.
