Description

You will lead IT operations while managing security posture and infrastructure health.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IT infrastructure and helpdesk service delivery.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for leadership during incidents.
  • Implement baseline security controls on all end-user devices.
  • Manage endpoint protection, DLP, patching, and asset compliance.
  • Drive IT compliance initiatives, audits, and security metrics, aligning policies with ISO 27001, SOC2, and CIS/NIST frameworks.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or Global IT Support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and MS Teams.
  • Expertise in IT asset management, endpoint security, and compliance reporting.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
  • Experience supporting audits and managing compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC2, and CIS frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL or IT service frameworks.
