Description

You manage Microsoft 365 infrastructure and resolve technical issues for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support identity and access management tasks using Entra ID and Azure AD.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Diagnose and resolve authentication issues and other technical problems.
• Maintain system stability through proactive monitoring and support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD administration.
• Proficiency in Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for identity and access management.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
